Heavenly Father, I thank You for the strength and wisdom You’ve given me. I thank You for every natural ability, skill, and gift You deposited in my life, but what I really want and need is You. No matter how much I educate, train, and improve my abilities or skills, I still want to be with You. I want to see things from Your point of view, within “touch distance” of Your  presence. I lay down my strengths and empty my ego of self-reliance because I want to face this day in total reliance upon You. i give myself to you.
